PDI 2009 will be held in San Antonio, May 26-29, with a theme of Building the Stars of Tomorrow. The registration fee for PDI is $615. ASMC Members receive a $100 discount.

Eleven hotels will be used in downtown San Antonio for PDI attendees, within a range of $117-140 per night. All daytime events will take place in the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center. Daily shuttle service will be available to and from the Hotel Valencia, Sheraton Gunter Hotel, St. Anthony Hotel and Hyatt Regency. All other hotels are within walking distance.

A request of ten (10) rooms or more is considered a sub-block. Individuals or exhibitors requesting a sub-block will be sent a contract by the hotel making them responsible for 100% of their block. Rooming lists are due thirty (30) days prior to cut-off. All sub-block requests require approval by ASMC National Headquarters.

Per Diem Information

Max lodging per diem for San Antonio is $117 and meals and incidentals per diem is $54. Attendees should contact their local training office or training personnel to obtain authorization to file for actual cost for lodging.
